  • Intake assessment, where we go over your intake forms and create your custom 3-month nutrition and lifestyle plan

  • 12 weeks of custom meal plans tailored specifically to your goals & needs(including nutritional facts, calendar layout, shopping list)

  • Custom lifestyle recommendations to address areas like sleep health, movement, stress, mindfulness, motivation, and more

  • Accountability/ touch-base calls + email support

  • Resources and worksheets to support your wellness goals

What’s included in 3-month 1:1 coaching with Emily:

  • This is where you outline your goal(s).

    We go through things like sleep cycles, dietary intake, stress levels, personal and family medical history, and what you do for work to get a clear picture of what you are all about so I can create the perfect custom plan tailored to your exact lifestyle and nutritional and needs.

  • Here’s where it gets fun!

    I provide you with a custom-made plan that provides nutritional, lifestyle and supplemental suggestions all aligned with your preset goal.

    I take into consideration your work schedule, home life, activities, hobbies and more to make sure your plan will seamlessly fit into your daily life.

  • Once you have all your plans, resources and worksheets it’s your turn to put in the work. But don’t worry. I’ll be there right with you at every step providing encouragement, support and additional education or resources whenever you need them.

    With weekly accountability touchbases plus having unlimited email access to ask any questions I promise you will never feel alone.
