The Steps to a Successful Coaching Program

Goal Setting.

You’ll be asked a few questions to help me tailor my suggestions on how we can reach your wellness goal(s). The key to this step is we are both on the same page about what you want to achieve during our time together.

Personalized suggestions.

No one wants to spend money following a plan that is recycled on hundreds of other people. We will work together to make a personalized plan to help you successfully achieve your goal(s), in a realistic and safe timeline.

Accountability.

Accountability is key to a successful wellness journey, so before you spread your wings and fly I will make sure you have the best tools and knowledge on how to maintain and continue reaching your goal(s).
